Please note that when you book a course you are agreeing to and are bound by our terms and conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: All students attending a class at The Jewellers Academy must be 16 years or over, we regret we cannot accept students under the age of 16 years on any of our courses.
Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form, payment of deposit and attendance of an open house.
Provisional telephone/email bookings will be assumed to have been cancelled if a booking form and deposit are not received within 7 working days after open house unless otherwise agreed.

Course dates will be announced at the start of the course, we have the right to change dates at a 12 week notice
All tools are supplied during the duration of the course
Check in times notified for each course must be adhered to, failure to do so might result in the student being unable to complete the course.
If weather, industrial action or any other circumstances outside of The Jewellers Academy’s control causes the course to be cancelled, delayed, cut short or changed, The Jewellers Academy will not be held liable for any consequential loss, damage or expense incurred by the student and although we can not offer a refund we will, subject to availability, transfer the course fee to another course date.
In the event of staff sickness, equipment failure, insufficient students or any similar circumstances which make it necessary to cancel a course or event the maximum possible notice will be given and the full monies paid will be refunded. The Jewellers Academy will not be held responsible for any consequential expenses incurred by the student.
Please always phone if you have any problems or questions about the class or if you think you are going to be late. The Jewellers Academy reserves the right to change the contents of this brochure at any time. Prices are correct at the time of print but may be subject to change at any time please check on the website before you book that the prices in your brochure is current and places are available. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect the moment they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.
