Analogue records may also be kept in a locked office with no public access.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data Basic contact information such as name, address, email and contact number will be kept a minimum of six years for invoicing and tax purposes.
Additional information relating to work may be kept up to a year after competition of that work.
Any sensitive information will be kept only as long as necessary to complete the work requested.
Any media (photos, video, websites) may be kept indefinitely as part of a portfolio of work.
Your Right To Be Forgotten You have the right to request that we delete all the information we store on you. This may not include basic contact information for tax purposes within the six year period. The Jewellers Academy cannot delete your information from third party companies and you would need to contact them directly.
