The Jewellers Academy Honoured To Be A Finalist For 'Service Supplier Of The Year' At The 2024 NAJ Awards

We are very proud and honoured to be nominated and shortlisted in the Awards organised by the NAJ(National Association of Jewellers) for 'Services supplier of the year'. The Association formerly the NAG, was established in 1894 to represent and serve the Jewellery Industry in Great Britain & Ireland and to be shortlisted with some of the biggest UK companies we couldn't be more pleased.

The Jewellers Academy founder commented, 'In 2023 we were voted 'Best service Provider' for our training services in the Retail Jewellers National Awards, which, for a small business in 'Sunny Bridlington'  we simply couldn't believe the recognition we were receiving for the new style of training we had developed here at the Academy. We have been so busy since winning the award that we made a commercial decision not to enter in 2024 so we may concentrate to further develop our training and with work beginning on our new online tuition business we felt this was the correct decision.  It was a total shock to discover we had been Nominated by the Industry and shortlisted for this NAJ National Award 2024 .......I have no words ! We are grouped with several of the biggest names in the Industry and feel very proud to be selected in this National competition organised by the Uk Jewellery Sectors representing Body .......It feels so rewarding for all the hard work. 

What also makes me proud is one of our young Graduates from 2023, namely, Aaron Whittingham, is making a name for himself in Barnsley, Yorkshire as he has also been shortlisted in the category 'Rising Star in the Industry', I couldn't be more pleased for him, he is a lovely lad but it gives me belief and indeed confirmation that this new style of training which was once simply an idea has flourished into to something special more faster, than I could of ever of imagined and that is what makes me proud and excited for the industry! '
